For the SERIOUS chocolate lover - this is the most dense, rich and fudgy chocolate flourless cake we've ever had! Top with a creamy coffee liqueur ganache and your tastebuds will be in heaven!
For the chocolate flourless cake, we followed the most delicious recipe on AllRecipes.com. Then we topped it with a SIMPLE Martini Chicks coffee liqueur ganache to perfect. Our coffee liqueur ganache is best served chilled, so we recommend making it ahead of time so it's ready to serve with your cake.
Martini Chicks Coffee Liqueur Ganache Recipe (best served chilled)
Ingredients
2 Ounces Semisweet Chocolate
1/8 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Shot Coffee Liqueur (such as Kahlua) OR 2 Shots Coffee Liqueur for a stronger Ganache (which we like better!)
Directions:
In the top of a double boiler over lightly simmering water, melt chocolate with heavy cream and coffee liqueur. Remove from heat, stir for 2 minutes and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve simply pour over the top of your cake!

Ingredients
4 Ounces Semisweet Chocolate (broken up)
1/2 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
3 Eggs (beaten)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease an 8 inch round cake pan and dust with cocoa powder.
In the top of a double boiler over lightly simmering water, melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, cocoa powder, eggs and vanilla. Pour into your prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely before serving.
